Shipping policy

Village Creation reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, the exchange can be entertained only twice after the actual purchase. 

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:

  • You can return/exchange in 3 days after the date of delivery, But under the condition that Village creation customer service is intimated within 10 days of delivery of the goods to your address.
  • Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition.
  • Village Creation will exchange the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address if the pin code is out of pick up location.
  • Sale products are non-returnable. Exchange or Refund will not be made against a non-returnable item unless there is a defect or is different from its description.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  1. If the purchased item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  2. Purchased item returned 14 days after the purchase (Max 30 days). 

Refund Policy: 

For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking Transactions:

  • As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of payment.

If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where Village Creation Has mistakenly sent you a wrong item / colour / size.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions:
    •
    1. Refunds can only happen via E-Voucher/Credit coupon.
    2. Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders since we cannot deliver cash through couriers.



    Update:

    As per the guidelines set by the Government of India, we will now be able to deliver both essential as well as non-essential products in Green, Orange and Red zones. While our services have resumed for these zones, we will be able to deliver only essential products in the containment zones.

    Our dedicated associates are making all necessary efforts to provide the products and services our customers need at this challenging time. Please bear with us in case delivery of orders at your location takes longer than usual. While placing an online order, remember to check if the pin code of your location is serviceable.

    Domestic Shipping Policy

    Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 3 -5 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or gazetted holidays. 

    If there’s any change in delivery time because of unprecedented reasons from our end, we will notify you regarding the same prior. 

    Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

    Shipment confirmation will be done through email, once your order has been dispatched from the shipment dock.

    We shall not be liable in any manner if we are unable to fulfil any of our obligations through this website due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of God of similar nature, war, strike, lockout, Governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies / intervention / direction / prohibition or change in law or for any other reasons beyond our control.

    Customs, Duties and Taxes

    Village Creation is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer purely (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    Return Shipment:

    In case of product return shipment, you are recommended to courier the product on the below given address:

    Shipment cost for returning the order will not be entertained by Village Creation, If the shipment cost for return order is incurred, the same amount will be deducted from your refund amount.
